The unit has been recently refurbished throughout, and features polished timber floors throughout, timber deck and a private courtyard with BBQ.
The modern, open plan kitchen/dining/living area is complete with dishwasher and gas stove, designated dining area, comfortable lounges, LCD TV and ceiling fans. Sliding doors lead onto the undercover timber deck with outdoor easy chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The two bedrooms each have a comfortable queen bed and ceiling fan. There are 2 stylish bathrooms, with showers and toilets. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Off street parking for one car off the rear lane.
Tarriffs: $2000.00 per week over the Christmas and New Year period.
50% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due prior to the booked period. Bookings made for Easter/Festival and Christmas are to be paid in full One Month prior to arrival.(cash/cheque/money order/EFTPOS – Australia issued Visa or Mastercard only – 1% surcharge applies to credit card transactions).
FINAL PAYMENT FOR HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Bookings for less than 7 days will only be accepted two weeks prior to arrival and must be paid for in full when booked. Bookings during school holidays are Saturday to Saturday.

Starter kits are not provided and service cleans are not provided/available.
