• What is the best way to get to Brunswick Heads?


    On the Pacific Highway drive south from Brisbane approx. 280km and from Sydney drive north approx. 670km.
    Take the Brunswick Heads exit off the Pacific Highway and head along the Clarence River to Brunswick Heads, approx 14kms.  There is only one road in & out of Brunswick Heads, so you should find it easy to navigate.

    Elders Real Estate Brunswick Heads is located at 6/19-21 Coldstream Street, Brunswick Heads.  When you hit the 50km zone, you will go through two roundabouts, then take a right into Claude Street, then take a left into Coldstream Street, travel 1 ½ blocks and you will see the Elders office on your left hand side.


    You have the choice of four major airports and one private airfield.

    Clarence Valley Airport (near Grafton)

    Clarence Valley aiport is approx 70km south west of Brunswick Heads, along the Pacific Highway (approx 1 hr drive)
    Regional Express (REX), provide daily services between Grafton and Sydney (via Taree).

    Ballina airport is approx 100kms north of Brunswick Heads, along the Pacific Highway (approx 1hr 20min drive).

    Jetstar and Virgin, provide daily jet services between Ballina and Sydney. While Regional Express (REX), provides multiple daily flights between Ballina and Sydney.

    Thrifty car rentals have a depot in Ballina and Brunswick Heads Marina.

    Hertz car rentals have a depot in Ballina and Brunswick Heads Bowling Club.

    Greyhound Australia travel daily between Ballina and Brunswick Heads.

    Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta)

    Gold Coast Airport is approx. 190kms north of Brunswick Heads, along the Pacific Highway (approx 2hr 30min drive)
    All the major airlines fly into Coolangatta from a variety of destinations – Newcastle, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Cairns, Townsville, Darwin, Auckland, Christchurch etc.

    Coffs Harbour Airport

    Coff Harbour Airport is approx. 140kms south of Brunswick Heads, along the Pacific Highway (approx. 1hr 45min drive)

  • How do I make a booking?

    Bookings can be made by request via our website, or contacting our office on 02 6685 1206

  • When I book my accommodation, do I have to pay a deposit?

    A $500 deposit will be required at time of booking.  Any bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment will be required at time of booking.

  • Do you charge a credit card fee?

    Via our office is 1%, currently 1.8% through Secure Pay

  • When do I have to pay the balance of my accommodation?

    Full payment of booking is required 30 days prior to arrival.

  • What time can I check into my accommodation?

    The property will be available from 2pm

  • Where do I collect the keys?

    Where do I collect the keys?
    Keys are to be collected from the Elders Brunswick Heads office, we are located at 1/12 Park Street, Brunswick Heads. NSW 2483

  • What if I am arriving out of office hours?

    If arriving out of office hours, your keys will be placed in the office key box, located to the left of the Elders front door.  You will receive the code closer to your arrival.

  • What if I am checking out before your office opens?

    Keys can be returned outside of office hours in the key return deposit box outside of our office.

  • What if I break something during my stay?

    Please contact our office should you break anything in your accommodation.

  • What should we bring with us?

    Linen is NOT supplied (unless stated), you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, bath mats and tea towels/hand towels.

    Other things you will need to bring are soaps, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, beach towels etc.

  • How do I find the address of my accommodation?

    The address of your accommodation is displayed on your booking confirmation.

  • What if we leave something behind?

    Please contact our office if you leave something behind to discuss if you would like it posted back to you, at your cost.  Please note due to our limited storage facilities, we cannot hold onto lost belongings.

  • Are we allowed to bring our pets?

    Unless otherwise stated, PETS are NOT permitted in the property.  If the property is pet friendly, guests are responsible for the removal of all droppings, bones and filling of any holes made by the pet.  Pets are also not allowed on any furniture.

  • Do we have to clean the property before we leave?

    Prior to departure we ask the following is completed

    • Remove items from fridge and freezer
    • Wash and dry all dishes
    • Furniture tidy, same position as you found it
    • Dispose of all rubbish to the appropriate wheelie bins provided
    • Clean the BBQ if used (in properties where provided)
    • Lock doors and windows
  •  Are there charges if the house is not left clean on our departure?

    Excess cleaning charges will apply if the property is left in an unsatisfactory state.

  • What happens if the house is not clean on arrival?

    Please contact our office immediately to discuss any concerns with the property
